Respect to the Beatles 🙂
Ah, February 14th, the day when people across the world declare their love through flowers, chocolates and gifts.
It appears to be the only day in the year that it is acceptable to gift a 5 ft teddy and quite frankly the only day you would ever consider receiving it !
Quite honestly it’s not something I buy into, however if I were to have a few spare hours to have a mooch on-line and come up with some potential gift ideas, this is what they might look like.
For me jewellery has to the number one gift and as you all know I love a bit of Karen !
Karen Walker Red Flower Ring $329.00
Enamel coated silver ring with garnet stone, quite simply stunning, this will forever be on my wish list.
This next cute little beauty is from the Boh Runga collection and is a great price point
Lil Hug and Kisses Ring $79 so simple and lovely, my other favourite as you know is the daisy ring gain by Karen as featured in December. Both great middle finger rings, sorry I know that sounds weird! ( but I genuinely think they look great on the middle finger 🙂 )
Check out on-line or if you are in PN, Cameron jewellers stock a great range.
Micheal Kors designs some great watches. Some can be a tad fussy, but I love this one below.
Micheal Kors -Mid-Size Rose Golden Stainless Steel Runway Three-Hand Watch approx. $350 nz
Love a mans watch, a classic time piece, simple and understated. This is one of my favourites from last season collection. Check out the Watch shop on the square for a great selection.
Choose a luxury gift from the Jo Malone
Ah, this screams buy me. Choose from one of the ready-made fragrances, or the ultimate, create your own! There is only one store in NZ and that is in Britomart Auckland.

My favourite fragrance is from the light floral range :White Jasmine and Mint. prices start at $139 for 30 ml
A sun-drenched morning in an English country garden. Just-crushed wild mint adds a dash of eccentricity to an exuberant bouquet of jasmine, lily, orange flower and rose. An enchanting fragrance ……
ahhmmmmmmmmm, I’m there Jo !
Rare Kyara wood. Prized in the Kohdo ceremony, the highly ritualised Japanese
art of incense appreciation. Enriched with amber and black orchid. Illuminated
by the clean sensuality of black cardamom, ginger and water lily
